The Eyman Buckaroo Longhorn Ranch has moved to the Piney Woods of Texas. It was first established in the Hill Country near Marble Falls Texas in 2009. After retiring to the Hill Country from Houston in 2006, Pia and Jim bought a small herd of Longhorns and entered the world of Longhorn ownership and breeding shortly thereafter. The enjoyment of being with these longhorns and the opportunity they brought to meet new friends has proven to be a rewarding adventure and experience. After several years, however, the time has arrived to move on and downscale from the larger ranch house, pastures and number of livestock, and relocate to the Piney Woods area near Montgomery, Texas.

Jim and Pia still retain their love for the Longhorns, and have been truly fortunate to sponsor two of their remaining steers to The Longhorn Project at Johnson Space Center. Our remaining breeding cow also is happily enjoying a relocation, for now, and is checking out a prime sire for her next offspring opportunity. See them on our following pages. And check out the link to see the great work The Longhorn Project at Johnson Space Center is doing with our youth.
