Both Timon and Buckaroo Iron’s Hercules are show and trophy quality Longhorns. Timon is now about 11 yrs old and measures over 100 inches TTT. Hercules is now 2yr-6 mos, measured over 73 inches TTT in early November, 2021 and continues to do quite well in the show ring. Recently at the 2021 TLBAA World Show he was recognized as 9th place in the Trophy Steer Hall of Fame. We’re honored to have The Longhorn Project at Johnson Space Center manage these steers for their young wranglers and students, advancing an understanding of animal science and contributing to developing young minds and personalities for future success.
